Located in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, the Asha Centre is a magnificent Georgian home, set within 4.5 acres of biodynamic gardens, including a formal rose garden. Lose yourself on the meadow banks, encounter the flora and fauna in the wild areas or explore the world of vegetables and fruit in the market garden. Alternatively, you may wish to bask in the heady scent of the rose garden, further your knowledge of herbs, enjoy the subtle tones of the meandering stream or just sit and be. We invite you to find your own special place amidst the unspoilt backdrop of the Royal Forest of Dean.

This living foods retreat is designed as a residential long weekend. There are several room options available. All the bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with en-suite facilities. If you are making a single booking, but do not need a room to yourself, you will be paired up with a guest of the same sex to share a room, avoiding the single room supplement.

Nearer the time we will endeavour to help people with lift sharing, but in any case the journey is reasonably straightforward. Catch a train to Gloucester. From there, there's an hourly bus the eight miles to Littledean. If a few people are arriving at once we can arrange for the Asha Centre minibus to collect and bring people the last two miles from the Littledean bus stop. There is also a taxi driver who only works for the Asha centre and who would of course collect you.
With these options available, you can confidently book your retreat and enjoy the prospect of being right out in the country on the edge of the forest, in a very comfortable centre with beautiful grounds!
